Peel ginger and cut into cubes. Soak bun in water, then press, mince with forcemeat, mix with ginger and egg, dress with spices, salt, pepper and soy sauce. Shape balls and fry in oil.
Dautee flour in butter, cool a little, dissolve with stock. Add tomato puree, soy sauce and sugar. Shred sweet pepper, cut pine-apple into cubes, and cook through in the sauce for 5 minutes.
Serve the meat balls with prepared sauce. Garnish with cooked rice.
