Beat up eggs with sugar until white.
Soften butter at room temperature and beat until fluffy, add eggs, dissolved in kefir baking soda, sultanas, nuts, stir thoroughly and add flour. Quickly knead dough. Roll it out into 2 inch (4–5 cm) wide and 1 inch (2 cm) thick rods and bake over 460oF (240 °С) for 20–25 minutes. Slice ready rods into biscuits and dry them slightly in oven.
Serve on a plate, use to tea.
