1 1/3 lb white cabbage
1/2 tbsp chinese ash seeds
1/4 tsp chopped ginger
1/4 tsp monosodium glutamate
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp vinegar
2 tbsp vegetable oil
salt
greens
1 chili pepper
Directions:
Cut cabbage without top leaves into stripes. Stem and seed chili pepper, rinse and cut into thin stripes.

Sauté Chinese ash seeds, add cabbage, pepper, and stir-fry for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with MSG, vinegar, sugar, salt, and ginger, mix it well and stew until ready.

Serve with chopped greens.
