2/3 lb (300 g) green peas, fresh 4 small smoked sausages, smoked 1/ lb (250 g) vegetable mix, frozen * 3 cups chicken bouillon 1 clove garlic 2 bread slices for croutons salt to taste | Directions: Wash green peas, boil for 5 minutes, then drain. Puree the 2/3 of peas, reserving the rest.
Bring bouillon to a boil, add frozen vegetables, cook for 3 minutes. Then add peas puree, whole peas, sliced sausages, season with salt. Cook for 5 minutes and remove from heat.
Rub bread slices with chopped garlic, dice bread and dry in the oven until crisp and golden. Serve soup with the prepared croutons. |
