Cut mushrooms coarse, mix with finely cut onions, garlic and celery. Scatter with thyme and rosemary, add zest and pepper.
When cooking mushrooms, have four 20x15-inch sheets of foil, place the mushroom mix on them. Cover each portion with lemon juice and olive oil. Wrap the foil tight and bake at 392 °F (200 °С) 15-20 minutes.
When serving, unwrap the foil bags and salt. Serve white roasted bread under a separate cover.
