4/5 lb brynza
4 tomatoes
2 red onions
2 tbsp olive oil
4 bunches bazil and 4 bunches parsley greens
20 pitted black olives
black pepper, salt to taste
Directions:
Put 4 brynza slices on 4 foil leaves, salt, pepper and sprinkle with olive oil. Then put tomato circles by side, add onion rings, olives and greens. Sprinkle with oil, turn tightly the foil and bake over 390°F for 25 minutes.

Then put the packages on plates, half-open them and serve with ray bread.
