Cook tagliatelle in enough amount of salted water for 10-12 minutes, until soft. Watch it wouldn’t be overcooked. Drain the water, turn the ready tagliatelle on a warm serving platter and keep in warm place till serving.
Cut the crust off the bacon, dice flesh and fry in vegetable oil until crisp. Reduce heat, add beaten up eggs, milk, 2 tablespoons of chopped greens, a half of grated cheese, add salt and pepper according to taste. Simmer, stirring, avoiding rolling boil. Pour the prepared sauce over the tagliatelle, then sprinkle with the rest grated cheese and serve right away.
