2 pears
4 oz roquetfort cheese
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 lemon juice
1 tbsp nut oil
Directions:
Remove pears kernels, slice, sprinkle with lemon juice, mix them with cheese dices, add nuts.
Mix oil with lemon juice, dress the salad.
When serving, top the salad with parsley greens.
