1 head of white cabbage
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
4 tbsp vegetable oil
greens (dill, coriander, parsley)
1 tbsp cider vinegar
salt
Directions:
Cut cabbage into stripes, salt, press until juicy, toss together with chopped onion, coriander, dill, parsley, crushed garlic, add cider vinegar, vegetable oil.

Serve on a plate pyramid-shaped, and garnish with greenery.
